About

Hi, I’m Ereli.

I’m an Israeli technologist based in Massachusetts. I’ve been building — and occasionally breaking — computers and software since high school, and have spent more than a decade working in the technology industry.

Most of my professional work sits somewhere between software engineering, cybersecurity, and machine learning. Over the years I’ve worked on problems like fraud detection, security systems, and large-scale data-driven tools. In practice this means writing code, designing systems, and trying to make complicated things behave slightly more predictably.

This blog is where I write about things I find interesting. That usually includes programming, technology, security, economics, business, and the occasional observation about how technology interacts with society.

There are also occasional detours into food and baking, linguistics, or whatever topic happens to catch my curiosity that week. The title of the blog reflects that mixture: code, crumbs, and the occasional note written down before the thought evaporates.
